Shake well before use. Apply a small amount of the liquid on the cotton pad and gently wipe the skin of the face, neck and décolleté. In order to remove eye makeup, hold the soaked cotton pad onto the closed eyelid for a few seconds. Then, after the makeup has dissolved, pull it towards the eyelashes. Repeat if necessary. Does not require rising.
