1. Take the socks out of the package.
2. Carefully cut the socks open.
3. Put the socks on the clean and dry feet, secure with the stickers.
4. Take the socks off after 90-120 mins, wash the remaining product with lukewarm water with soap.
Exfoliating process begins naturally after 5-7 days and lasts 7-10 days depending on thickness of the calluses.
